HOW TO APPLY FOR AT PLACE AT ST PETER’S

 

Starting School

 

If your child was born between 1st September 2016 and 31st August 2017 they will be eligible to start school in the school year beginning September 2021.

All are most welcome.

To apply for our Reception Class for September 2021, applications should be made via Hampshire County Council (see link below) and a Supplementary Information Form should be completed and forwarded to the school.

The Hampshire County Council site will open for 2021 applications on Sunday November 1st 2020. The final date for on-time applications is Friday 15th January 2021.

The notification date for on-time applicants is Friday 16th April 2021

In-Year Applications

 

Admission to other Year Groups further up the school may be possible depending on pupil numbers. Please contact the school for an informal discussion. A Hampshire County Council Application and Supplementary Information Form will still need to be completed, but we are very happy to advise you on this process. Appeals are managed by the governing body of the school. Please ask the school for a form.

Appeals timetable

In-year appeals

Appeals for in-year admissions will be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.

September 2021 entry

For applications made in the normal admission round for Year R (starting school) in September 2021, appeals will follow the timetable below.
